Switch to stable base64 simd library

* Add ctrl+mousewheel zoom control for fill-screen mode

  Enables mouse-based zooming; Uses ctrl+scroll up/down to
  increase/decrease zoom level while in fill-screen mode, with proper
  mouse capture handling.
